Dr. Victoria Frostis

Dr Victoria Frostis brings both compassion and a genuine love for people to her role as a general practitioner. Graduating with an MBBS from the University of New South Wales in 2008, she went on to earn her Diploma of Child Health in 2013, along with her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2022. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, embracing the unique journey of health at every stage of life.

A proud member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr Frostis believes that good medicine is about more than just quick check-ups. She values taking the time to truly connect with each person, weaving in humour and kindness to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard and cared for as whole individuals—not just a set of symptoms.

Fluent in Norwegian and understanding Swedish, she’s happy to bring a little international flavour to consultations, making communication easier and more comfortable for many.

When she’s not at work, you might find Dr Victoria whipping up delicious baked treats to share with her colleagues, or indulging in her love of crafting—from knitting cosy accessories to sewing and piecing together jigsaw puzzles while listening to audiobooks. Her creative spirit recently earned her second place in the “Knitted Accessories” category at the 2025 Newcastle Show for her festive Christmas balls—a fun reminder of her knack for making the everyday a little brighter (and cozier!).
