All accounts must be paid for on the day of consultation. Accounts not paid on the day will incur a $10 account fee. If you have difficulties paying your account, please ask to speak to the Practice Manager.
Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.
Some Health Care Card holders and Pension Card holders may be offered a discounted fee. Please let reception know at the time of your booking if you hold a current card so they can up-date your details.

Telehealth appointments are available as a convenience to you however, they do attract the same fees as in-surgery appointments. Deposits for telehealth appointments are payable at the time of booking.
As the doctors at Appletree Family Practice are regularly fully booked, we have patients who are on a waiting list to be seen in the case of a cancellation. We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, we do require you to provide the practice with at least 4 working hours’ notice so we can attempt to fit other patients in. Non-attendance/ Late Cancellation fees apply if you don’t provide this notice and we are unable to fill your appointment.
Patients with outstanding accounts will not be able to book another appointment until the outstanding account is paid.
